Healthcare is a "your money or your life" topic for Google and a regulated one in India. Content about symptoms, treatments and procedures should be accurate, written or reviewed by qualified doctors, and clear about who is behind it. Doctors' own promotion is guided by National Medical Commission rules, the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act restricts ads that promise cures for listed conditions, and the ASCI code applies to health claims. So we avoid "best doctor", "100% cure", "painless guaranteed" and similar wording, and your medical team approves every page and ad before it goes live. We are not a law firm; for legal questions we work alongside your adviser.
Google's healthcare and medicines policy restricts how some treatments, medicines and services can be advertised, and its personalised advertising policy treats health conditions as sensitive, so remarketing or audience targeting based on someone's condition is not allowed. Meta also limits health-related targeting and data use. We therefore build campaigns around search intent (for example "orthopaedic doctor in [area]" or "full body check-up near me"), location targeting around each branch, call and appointment assets, and helpful landing pages. See our Google Ads management and Meta Ads management services, and our Meta Ads vs Google Ads guide if you are unsure where to start.
Local SEO for clinics and hospitals. Most patients search on mobile for a speciality "near me" and choose from the Google map results. We set up and maintain a Google Business Profile for each branch with accurate categories, timings, services and photos, build a page for each speciality and each doctor (qualifications, registration details, OPD timings), add medical organisation structured data, and keep your name, address and phone consistent across listings. We also help your team reply to reviews politely without revealing any patient information. See our local SEO and Google Business Profile service, the Google Business Profile optimisation guide and our wider SEO services.
Patient privacy. Health data is sensitive personal data. Our forms ask only for what is needed to call back, analytics and ad tags are configured so that health details are not passed to Google or Meta, and enquiry data is used only to reply, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and your own privacy policy.
Lead follow-up via WhatsApp. A patient who sends an enquiry at night should get an acknowledgement, the clinic address and timings, and an easy way to book or call. We set up approved WhatsApp Business templates, route each enquiry to the right desk, and send reminders only to patients who opt in. Read more about our WhatsApp marketing automation and lead generation service, or book a free consultation to review your clinic's current setup.
For most clinics and hospitals it covers the Google Business Profile and local SEO, speciality and doctor pages, Google Search ads with location and call targeting, carefully chosen Meta campaigns for awareness, privacy-first tracking, and a WhatsApp or call follow-up process for appointment enquiries.
Yes. Most clinics, hospitals and diagnostic centres can advertise, but Google's healthcare policies restrict some treatments and medicines, and its personalised advertising policy does not allow targeting based on health conditions. We check every campaign and ad against current policies before launch.
Yes. Doctors are guided by National Medical Commission rules on professional conduct, the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act restricts ads that promise cures for listed conditions, and the ASCI code covers health claims. We avoid guarantee and superlative wording and have your medical team approve content. We are not a law firm, so for specific legal questions we work with your adviser.
Forms collect only basic contact details, health information is not sent to ad platforms, consent is respected, and enquiry data is used only to reply. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and your privacy policy.
Yes. Each branch gets its own Google Business Profile and location page, and each speciality can have its own page and campaign, with reporting that shows enquiries by branch and service.
It depends on the number of branches, specialities and channels, and on your ad budget, so we quote after a free audit. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and is separate from our fee. There are no long-term contracts, and we do not guarantee rankings or patient numbers.
